Dear customer, know that we held training seminars with each of our artists, in order to do less but to do it much better.

Pandas in Quebec City
Sushi Taxi employees donned their Panda costumes to raise awareness of Québec City residents about the overfishing of bluefin tuna. The chain endorsed the cause by simply removing bluefin tuna from its menu. During this campaign, the pandas sent a clear message to Québec City distributors, consumers and other restaurateurs — Be Eco-Gourmets!
