Télé-Québec's television program "La vie en vert" will be featuring Sushi Taxi! It will present an overview of our environmental initiatives aimed at leaving the smallest footprint possible, including our efforts with regards to recyclable bags, condiments, chopsticks, local purchases, recycled boxes, and processed oils. Plus, no more bluefin tuna!

Pandas in Quebec City
Sushi Taxi employees donned their Panda costumes to raise awareness of Québec City residents about the overfishing of bluefin tuna. The chain endorsed the cause by simply removing bluefin tuna from its menu. During this campaign, the pandas sent a clear message to Québec City distributors, consumers and other restaurateurs — Be Eco-Gourmets!
